Lorraine English Personal Training offers individual or group sessions at a space convenient for you and your friends. You can select the format of training that suits you be it 1-on-1, Buddy or an Office Break session. We provide exclusive 30 or 60 minute 1-on-1 Personal Training, or you may select to team up with 2-6 friends or family and split the cost by participating in a 45 minute Buddy Session. Whichever format you decide is right for you, be assured that LEPT will provide you with a session that will provide results.
