Lukes Fitness Bootcamp

Luke's fitness Bootcamp is for all fitness levels.

Our classes are run using a mixture of equipment including battle ropes, kettlebells, weight vests, sleds, dumbbells, med balls, truck tyre's, slam balls, barbells, sandbags, skipping ropes, resistance bands and much more.

These sessions are operated in Adelaide, and we are based in the Golden Grove area.

We do it outdoors in all weather types.

We also have 1, 3, 6 and 12 month unlimited bootcamp memberships available.
