What Pilates classes do you offer?

We offer individual and small group Clinical Pilates, using reformers, trapeze tables, Wunda chairs and mat-based exercises. We also run Performance Pilates sessions for a maximum of 8 participants with individual attention and guidance.

Where and when can I train?

You can visit Suite 108, 24-32 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista NSW. We are open Monday to Saturday.

How do I book a class or get started?

You can sign up or book a class through our timetable. Get started for as little as $40, and rebates may be available for Clinical Pilates sessions through private health insurance.

Athletes and dancers recognise the benefits of Pilates as well as seniors, pre and post pregnancy and individuals in various stages of physical rehabilitation. Pilates is suitable for beginners, gentle for those with limitations, and challenging for athletes.
