MonstarZen Dojo is a modern Mixed Martial Arts studio which applies the principle of taking the best elements from various Martial Arts and offering them in one style under one roof.
With strong roots in Shidokan, Kyokushin and Shotokan Karate alongside Kickboxing, Boxing, Grappling and Yoga, MonstarZen offers small group and one to one classes in a personalised setting. We welcome all levels from beginner to advanced with the goal of creating lifelong students of the Martial Arts that are not only well-rounded Martial Artists but well-rounded human beings.
