Mount Crosby Bowls Club is a sports club located in the beautiful bushland of Mount Crosby, Brisbane City. Since 1954, the club has been known for its relaxed atmosphere, ice-cold beverages, delicious BBQs, and, of course, barefoot lawn bowls. Situated away from the noise and congestion of the city, the club offers a peaceful and serene setting for its members and guests.
At Mount Crosby Bowls Club, the philosophy is simple: live life, love your family, and play bowls often. The club encourages its members to unwind and enjoy themselves, particularly during the favourite time of the day – 4pm. Barefoot bowls is a popular activity at the club, attracting visitors of all ages. For just $10 per person ($5 for children under 8 years old), participants can experience the joys of lawn bowls without the need for specialised equipment or previous experience. It's a great opportunity to try something new, have some fun, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow bowlers.

In terms of membership, the club offers three options. Affiliated membership costs $90 per annum, non-affiliated membership costs $40 per annum, and social membership requires a one-time fee of $1 for lifetime membership. Members can enjoy various benefits, such as access to the club's facilities, including the bar, pokies, and pool table. They are also eligible to enter the weekly lucky member's draw and participate in Pennants bowls and competition bowls.
Members can even have a say in club matters by sitting on the committee and exercising their voting rights.
The Mount Crosby Bowls Club is open on various days and times throughout the week. The opening hours are as follows: Monday to Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm, Thursday from 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm, Friday from 4pm to 8pm, Saturday from 12pm to late, and Sunday from 12pm to late. The club can also accommodate special arrangements outside these hours upon prior arrangement.
