New Life Personalised Group Training, now known as NBRHD Fitness, is a sports club located in the heart of the Northern Beaches neighbourhood in Sydney. With a purpose-built facility set in the beautiful bushland above Warriewood Valley, this community-minded fitness centre offers personalised group training for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

Additionally, NBRHD Fitness prides itself on having no lock-in contracts and, best of all, no mirrors!

As a not-for-profit establishment, NBRHD Fitness has a strong focus on the well-being of the whole person. All profits generated by the club go towards supporting the poorest of the poor around the world through their partnership with Our Neighbours Ministry (ONM) in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. NBRHD Fitness has been operating for the past 14 years, providing personalised group training to its members. Their highly skilled trainers are dedicated to tailoring the training experience to meet individual needs and goals. From beginners to seasoned athletes, everyone can find a training regimen that suits them.

David Vaealiki, the coordinator and one of the trainers at NBRHD Fitness, brings his wealth of experience as a professional sports person to the club. With a background in top-level sports such as rugby league and rugby union, David understands the importance of addressing not only the physical aspect of fitness but also the mind and soul.

In addition to David, NBRHD Fitness boasts a team of dedicated trainers, including Mish and Braden. Mish, a Master Trainer certified by the Australian Institute of Fitness, brings her passion for health and fitness to her classes. Her goal is to help others discover the same enthusiasm for exercise and fitness that she has found. Braden, on the other hand, focuses on functional fitness, injury prevention, and mobility.

His holistic approach to health and fitness ensures clients are improving and moving towards their goals.
