With attentive and experienced coaches, the club prioritises the safety and well-being of its members. The club's reception is open during school term from Monday to Wednesday (8:30 am – 5:30 pm) and Thursday to Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm). On Saturdays, the reception is open from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.

The club is closed on Sundays, except for private birthday bookings, and on public holidays.
