Our outdoor training sessions take place at St. Leonards Park, opposite 95 Ridge St, in North Sydney on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6am to 7am. You'll be surrounded by the serenity of the outdoors while enjoying the energy of the city.
When you join our North Sydney bootcamp, you can expect a friendly atmosphere and qualified trainers who are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. We offer a free trial, so you can experience our workouts and ask our recruits for their opinions before making any commitment.
