PARKERVILLE JFC AUSKICK

Parkerville JFC Auskick is a sports club located in Perth, Western Australia. Established in 1965, the club has grown to become one of the largest clubs within the Perth Hills region, catering to children from Parkerville, Glen Forrest, Hovea, Mahogany Creek, and Stoneville.

The Auskick programme at Parkerville JFC is known for being the cheapest in the hills area, making it accessible for families in the community. The programme is open to boys and girls aged 5–8 years old, including those in pre-primary, year 1, and year 2. To register, participants need to bring a copy of their birth certificate for age verification.

Auskick sessions take place every Saturday morning at Parkerville Oval on Seaborne Street at 9am. The season commences on May 1, 2021. The club encourages parents to get involved and help coordinate activities during sessions. While coaching experience is not necessary, volunteers should have an interest in ensuring the kids have a fun experience.

The club aims to assign groups with coaches by week two to make each session run smoothly. Coaches do not need prior experience in football, as the focus is on creating a positive and enjoyable environment for the children.

In addition to the Auskick programme, Parkerville JFC also offers junior football training for children in years 3-6. Training sessions for junior football start on April 21, with all players requested to attend. The club emphasises hygiene measures to be followed as part of their 'Return to Training' requirements.
