Phoenix Health Club's aim is to provide a safe, happy and fun environment for our members and guests.

The facilities at Phoenix Health Club suit all levels of fitness and ability. We have four spacious group fitness studios with over 50 group fitness classes per week, personal trainers, Active Over 50s programmes, six squash courts with in house competitions catering to all levels, a wonderful crèche which includes an outdoor play area, BBQ hire facilities and spacious bathrooms and lockers.

At Phoenix Health Club you'll find ample cardio equipment including cross trainers, treadmills, rowing machines, summit trainers and bikes. We have a fully equipped weights area suitable for beginners and advanced trainers.
