

Physical Culture
An amalgamation of multiple dance types performed to upbeat pop music is physical culture, colloquially known as physie. While working hard on your fitness levels, physical culture develops your co-ordination, strength, flexibility, posture and can improve confidence. Dancers perform a choreographed routine that is regularly changed. The dancers are categorised, and the routines are choreographed to be age appropriate.
