Piara Waters Cricket Club

Piara Waters Cricket Club is a Men's and Women's Amateur Cricket Club located in Perth, Western Australia. The club is affiliated with the South Metropolitan Cricket Association (SMCA) and the Perth Scorchers Women's League (WACA). Their home games are played at Piara Waters, Harrisdale, and Huntingdale.

The Men's sides play matches on Saturday afternoons from October to March each year, while the Women's side plays on Sundays during the same period. The club caters to players aged 14 years and above, with Men's teams playing at various levels of One Day and Two Day cricket. The Women's side, which is new for the 2023/24 season, currently has a starting age of 17.

Piara Waters Cricket Club also offers cricket opportunities for younger players through their Woolworths Blast programme, designed for kids aged 5-10.

The club has a rich history, established in 2006 as Southern River Cricket Club. They have several life members who have made significant contributions to the club over the years. The club's song, “We're the boys from Piara Waters,” reflects their strong team spirit and camaraderie.

Piara Waters Cricket Club offers a variety of membership options for different age groups. For players over 21 years of age, the full membership fee is $450, which includes a game shirt, training shirt, and a ticket to the club awards night. There is also a payment plan option of $150 per month for three months.

Colts players aged 18 to 21 years have a full membership fee of $315, which includes a game shirt, training shirt, and a ticket to the club awards night. They also have the option of a payment plan with three instalments of $105.

Junior players under 18 years of age have a junior membership fee of $135, which includes a game shirt, training shirt, and a ticket to the club awards night. They can opt for a payment plan with three instalments of $45.

Women's players must be a minimum of 17 years old, as per the rules of the Perth Scorchers Women's League. Their full membership fee is $200, which includes a game shirt, pants, cap, and a ticket to the club awards night. They also have a payment plan option with three instalments of $100 and $50.
