REVOLUTION TAEKWONDO LIFESTYLE CENTRES is a Martial Art Club in Upper Coomera operating in two convenient locations. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday at Assisi Catholic College and Tuesday and Friday at Highland Reserve State School. Both locations offer modern facilities with rubberised floor providing a safe environment for after school activity.
We are committed to teach in all classes regardless of age, life skills, increasing self awareness, developing confidence & self discipline, determination, vision and goal setting. Virtues which are needed for a harmonious and well balanced successful life. Our training provides focus and develops leadership skills, encourages friendship and courteous behaviour.
Taekwondo training progresses from simple to increasing complex moves, constantly activating left and right brain function, thus, increasing neuro-netting and mental agility. World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) Olympic style Taekwondo is practised in just about every country by millions. All blackbelts from 1st Dan/Poom are registered and certified in Kukkiwon World Taekwondo Headquartes in Korea and recognised world wide.
Studies have shown that Martial Art students are most likely to attain university degrees. Revolution taekwondo training is an ideal character building for children and adults alike. Our club's main feature is street combat techniques similar to mixed martial art, practised safely against kicking mitts and shields. These techniques give the practitioners confidence to handle a self defence situation.
We also practise traditional patterns (Poomse) which develops strength, balance, coordination, concentration and good memory. This patterns can be practised regardless of age and are a big part of Taekwondo.
