They provide one-on-one personalised programmes, small group training sessions with up to 8 people per group, and nutrition advice and guidance. The club also offers start-up packages for those easing their way back into fitness and offers sessions tailored to individual or group goals and needs. Additionally, they provide male, female, and mixed group fitness sessions, giving clients the choice to attend sessions that suit their preferences.
Open Gym training is also available, allowing clients to write their own sessions and work through them independently. This membership level provides flexibility and the opportunity to attend any of the group classes offered by the club.
