2. What should I wear and bring to the class?

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle. Props such as blocks and straps are provided at the studio.

3. Can I attend classes if I have any physical limitations or injuries?

Yes, Bernadette takes a gentle and mindful approach to yoga and can offer modifications and alternatives for poses to accommodate individual needs. It is important to inform the instructor about any injuries or limitations before the class starts.

4. Can I try a class before committing to the term?

Yes, new students are welcome to attend their first class on a trial basis to determine if the style of yoga taught at Serenity Yoga is suitable for them. Payment for the term is only required if the student decides to continue.
