Our pole dance classes are designed for beginners and provide a great introduction to the art of pole dancing. We offer trial classes for those who are new to pole dance, allowing them to experience the excitement and benefits first-hand. For those interested in aerial arts, our silk & aerial classes are a perfect option. Silkmoves is our signature aerial dance course, often described as “ballet on air. ” The classes are physically challenging but also awe-inspiring and beautiful. Our instructors are internationally trained aerial arts performers who prioritise safety and fun in their teaching.

Each class includes a warm-up and stretch session specifically designed for aerial dance students.
