The Ballarat club was started in 1984. South East Australian Taekwondo is significantly different to traditional taekwondo club as our focus is largely on self defence. It has been modernised to suit today's society. This modern Martial Art incorporates boxing and the techniques used are a lot shorter, faster and generate incredible power; making it more practical and suitable for today's needs.
