Located in the heart of Townsville City on 719 Flinders Street, our CBD club is housed in a beautiful heritage building with a homely and industrial charm. Each zone within the club has its own unique personality. The funky industrial main gym floor is perfect for strength and conditioning workouts, offering a variety of brand new Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, and Technogym equipment. The cardio balcony on the second floor provides a wide range of cardio machines and plenty of space for stretching and mobility exercises.
The stage features squat racks and cable machines for targeted muscle training. And if you enjoy functional training, you'll love the basement “Dungeon” with its industrial look and various equipment options.
