The learn to swim classes at Swim1 are 30 minutes long and cater to different age groups and skill levels. The infant classes, suitable for babies aged 6 months to 2. 5 years, focus on water familiarisation, breath control, kicking, paddling, and safety skills. Transition classes help children become independent in the water, while school-age levels concentrate on freestyle technique, introduction to all four swimming strokes, and safety.
Swim1 also offers holiday block lessons during school breaks, which provide swimmers with consistent training and faster progress. These intensive lessons strengthen muscle memory and allow for advanced drills and skills development.
