The main objective of judo is to throw or take down an opponent using minimal force. It is to either throw or takedown one's opponent to the ground with a grappling skills, or immobilize in ground technique. The most important Judo theory is ‘softness can overcome hardness’ which means throwing or taking down one’s opponent with ‘Using opponent’s momentum’ and ‘Minimum force using physics over strength’.
