Little Bay Coast Centre for Seniors Inc

Seniors Inc is a  vibrant leisure and fitness Centre for anyone  over  55.  Services include  health and wellbeing classes to promote  physical, mental, social, cultural and artistic benefit. There are over 60 classes and activities every week including aerobics, art, Barre, balance, Bridge, calligraphy, Choir, crafts, computer tuition,  dance, French, Italian, patchwork & quilting, Pilates, resistance training, Spanish, table tennis, Tai chi and Qigong,  yoga ( both standing and seated)  ukelele and Walking.  Since it was formed in 1994 it has won various awards for services to the community. The  Centre is located in heritage buildings on the Old Prince Henry Hospital site in Little Bay  at 2  Curie Ave ( aka 1 Darwin Ave) and 15 Pine Ave ( corner with Ewing Avenue). The hospital site was  redeveloped in to a mixed residential village in the late 1990s.   The Centre has 99 year leases on 2 former hospital buildings and operates as a member governed small business.  ABN 71 906 434 732
