The Valley Gym

The Valley Gym is situated on the Mid North Coast of NSW, in the beautiful beachside suburb of Nambucca Heads. The facilitiy is locally owned and operated by Irene Pachos. She has owned the Nambucca facility since 2007.

Irene has been involved in the fitness industry since the late 1980s and holds an Advanced Level of Registration as a Fitness Professional with Fitness Australia. You are ensured of receiving a professional and friendly service when arriving at either of the facilities.

The Valley Gym offers a range of services, and they are known for their professionalism. They operate in conjunction with other health professionals such as medical practitioners and physiotherapists when needed. Exercise Rehabilitation and Work Cover clients are welcome.

The facilitiy caters for everyone! Whether you're into Classes, Resistance Training, Cross-Training, Cardio Training, Punch Fit or Thump Boxing, Medicine Balls, Slam Balls, Kettles Bells, Resistance Bands, TRX's, Boot Camps, Exercise Rehabilitation, Personal Training and so on, you are ensured to get the workout you were after. They are well-equipped with an array of equipment that guarantees your workout will have variety, so you can make it fun, effective and safe.

There are dress standards in place to ensure all participants are at ease whilst exercising. No crop tops or midriff tops are allowed, making all age groups, body shapes and sizes comfortable. Irene believes that everyone, no matter what their body shape, fitness level or age, should be able to enjoy their workout experience without feeling intimidated.

The facility holds a member range from the young to the elderly. There are classes and programmes to suit all those involved. If classes and a set individual programme that has been devised for your needs isn't what you are after there there is a fully equipped weights room and cardio area equipped with Life Fitness equipment, so you can have a great workout experience that you'll enjoy. The novice to the advanced trainer is sure to find the facilities exactly what they were hoping.

Childminding is offered 5 days a week at The Valley Gym and is in full view of the parent. The area is supervised by a childminder that holds first aid certification and has had their child protection paper filled and checked. Child minding operating hours are Monday – Friday: 9:30 – 11:30am and 4:45 – 6:45pm. Bookings are essential.
