A community gym in the heart of Darwin city provides superior training for everyone from beginners to Athletes. We have taken our influence from many training systems and have integrated them alongside the philosophy of the Training For Warriors System. We run traditional TFW Hurricane and Energy Circuits alongside periodised weight training programmes for all levels of strength and fitness.
