UTS Hockey Club

UTS Hockey Club, located in Sydney, is a sports club with a strong desire for on-field development and off-field fun, all driven by the unique University Spirit. The club prides itself on providing a friendly and inclusive environment for players of all skill levels and ages.

All training and games are conducted on synthetic surfaces, with the club's Home Ground and Club House situated at Pitch 2 of the Sydney Olympic Park Hockey Centre. This state-of-the-art facility offers top-quality facilities for players to hone their skills and enjoy the sport.

Currently, UTS Hockey Club consists of 6 men's and 8 women's senior teams, attracting players from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience. In addition, the club boasts a vibrant junior section, with over 100 juniors participating in teams competing in both turf and grass competitions.

To become a member of UTS Hockey Club, individuals must register through the club's website. This registration covers costs for Hockey New South Wales, the local association (NSBHA), and the UTS Membership fee. It is essential to register to be eligible for team selection. The UTS team playing fee will be invoiced once the season commences.

Pre-season training sessions are held on Thursdays and weekends, providing ample opportunity for players to prepare themselves for the season. Senior men and women, as well as junior players, are welcome to join these training sessions.
