Welcome to the UWA Underwater Club! Established in 1968, the UWA Underwater Club (UWAUC) is one of Western Australia's largest scuba diving organisations. With a strong community of passionate divers, the club offers members the opportunity to explore and share their love for the underwater world.
The UWA Underwater Club organises a range of activities and services to cater to all levels of divers. From day trips to dive sites around Rottnest Island to extended trips to stunning locations like Dunsborough and Albany, there are plenty of opportunities to discover new dive sites and explore Western Australia's beautiful coastline.
For those who don't have their own gear, the club provides complete sets of dive equipment for hire, making it easy for members to participate in diving activities. Additionally, the UWA Underwater Club hosts regular social events where members can network with fellow divers and share their experiences and knowledge.
The club keeps its members updated about upcoming trips, events, and changes through its news section. Whether it's information about recent diving trips or important club updates, members can find all the latest news and announcements on the club's website.
The UWA Underwater Club is located at M412 University of Western Australia, 35 Stirling Highway, Crawley 6009. The club shed is situated at Shed 3, UWA Watersports Centre, Hackett Drive, Crawley 6009. It operates on Thursdays and Sundays, from 6:30pm to 7pm, on request.
