Upper Ferntree Gully Cricket Club

The club is excited to announce Ryan Murray as the captain of the first XI for the upcoming 2022-2023 season. Ryan joined the club last season and quickly became an integral part of the team with his exceptional performances. Daniel Irvine-Dejong, affectionately known as “Didsy,” will continue as the captain of the Thunderbirds, the third XI team. Didsy took over the role halfway through the previous season and made a positive impact. The club has full confidence that under Didsy's leadership, the third XI will significantly improve from last season.

Dennis Lizza, a respected figure around the club, has been named the captain of the fourth XI for the 2022-2023 season. Dennis returned to the club last season and quickly proved himself to be a valuable asset. He is known for his friendly personality and approachability, making him a perfect fit to lead the fourth XI team.
