From group fitness classes, including TeamFIT and strength training for over 50s, to personal training and coaching, ladies-only gym sessions, and kids' mini warrior classes, we have something for everyone.

In addition to our exceptional fitness facilities, we also have a dedicated allied health practitioner consulting room available for members. We believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness and provide opportunities for members to access allied health services to support their overall well-being.
