'Essington House,' a historically significant building, was built in 1860 and is set on 0. 5 hectares of lawn and gardens. Originally, it was built to be the site of an old toll-bar with the residence for the tollgate master.

Renovations have been carried out over the years to accommodate the school's growth while preserving the historical significance of the building.
