Westside Volleyball Club

Westside Volleyball Club is a result of a group of young and talented individuals who were playing at a Rep level for various clubs around NSW. Frustrations through long and costly hours of driving to training two nights a week eventually ware them out. Having deciding between University, work and other commitments, costly travelling had a negative impact to continue attending training sessions and games. It was a first time in the history of volleyball in NSW that a club team was to be established from the western suburbs.

It is out of this historical housekeeping event, born the new and exciting club which is now known as the “Westside Volleyball Club” being named after its geographical area. The clubs goal is to become part of the community especially those who reside within its geographical boundaries giving them the opportunity to train and play locally.
