Yes we are a CrossFit affiliate and Yes we utilise the CrossFit methodology, however we also understand that the intensity of CrossFit may not be the right path for everybody.
We recognise that no two individuals are the same, therefore our mission, from the beginning, is about getting to know YOU! We want to know your lifestyle, your needs, your aspirations, and your goals, so that we are able to provide you with the correct guidance and support every step of the way.
