The centre is open Monday to Friday from 5:30am to 8:00pm, Saturday from 7:30am to 6:30pm, and Sunday from 9:00am to 6:30pm. On public holidays, the pool opens at 9:00am and closes at 6:30pm. Please note that the centre is closed on Christmas Day and Good Friday.

For those interested in becoming part of the swimming journey, the centre offers the opportunity to become a GOswim Teacher. This programme allows individuals to teach essential life skills, such as swimming and water safety, within the GOswim programme.
