Welcome to Yoga Centred, a sports club located in Kalamunda, Perth, where we believe that yoga is much more than just a physical practise. It is about connecting the mind, body, and spirit. We warmly welcome people of all ages and abilities into our vibrant and inclusive yoga community.
At Yoga Centred, we offer a wide variety of yoga classes and workshops in Kalamunda. Whether you prefer a Gentle Flow class that invites you to awaken to your breath and connect with your body and mind, or a dynamic Vinyasa Flow class that challenges your strength and flexibility, we have the perfect class for you. We also offer Yoga Therapy classes, designed to relieve stiffness in the body and bring juiciness back into your joints, as well as Yin/Yang classes that balance opposing energies for perfect harmony.
For new customers, we have a special introductory offer. Purchase a 14-day pass for just $29 and enjoy unlimited yoga classes for two weeks. It's a great way to experience the variety of classes we offer and find the ones that resonate with you the most.
In addition to our regular classes, Yoga Centred hosts various workshops and retreats throughout the year. These events provide an opportunity to deepen your practise, connect with like-minded individuals, and explore new aspects of yoga. Our upcoming “Rest and Restore Half Day Retreat” on November 26th promises to be a rejuvenating experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
At Yoga Centred, we believe that yoga is not just about the physical practise. We also offer Sound Massage sessions that use ancient instruments to gently heal the body and mind. These sessions provide deep relaxation and harmonise the body, allowing you to let go of what no longer serves you.
