One of our most popular offerings is the Beach Yoga programme, now in its 8th season. Starting from Tuesday 27th December 2022, we will be conducting classes at Mornington, McCrae, and Smith's Beach on Phillip Island. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the beach as you practise yoga, making it the world's most stunning yoga studio.

For all the moms out there, we offer the Sacred Motherhood Circle. This monthly afternoon gathering provides a space for mothers to recharge and rejuvenate. Held at a private and beautiful studio surrounded by trees in Mount Martha, the Sacred Motherhood Circle is an opportunity to share experiences of motherhood. Each gathering also includes special treats like guided meditations, healing blends, and mindful crafts that align with the rhythms of Mother Nature.
