Can find something they enjoy. Our dance styles include Ballet, Point Preparation, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, and Acrobatic Arts. We also offer Dance Troupe classes for students interested in entering competitive eisteddfods, as well as private lessons for those seeking additional instruction.

Our experienced and highly trained staff ensure that each student receives quality instruction and personal attention. We believe in nurturing the passion and talent of our dancers while instilling important values such as discipline, teamwork, and commitment. Our goal is to create a safe and positive environment where students can have fun while improving their skills.

In addition to our dance programme, Zone Active offers Baby Gym and Kindy Gym classes for babies and toddlers, providing a space for them to develop fine and gross motor abilities. For school-aged children, we have Recreational Gym, Tumbling, Trampolining, and Aerial Silks classes. We also offer Levels classes to prepare our gymnasts for competitions.

At Zone Active Dance Academy and Gym Sports, we understand the importance of an active lifestyle and its impact on both physical and mental health. We strive to promote a healthy and active lifestyle through our classes, helping students develop and maintain their physical fitness.
