The gym boasts impressive facilities – 26 different cardio machines, 15 resistance machines, a robust selection of free weights, and a deluxe matting area for core exercises and stretches. There’s also a dedicated space for group classes equipped with 18 Startrac Spinning Bikes.

Jason has ensured all conveniences are covered, with spacious changing rooms, secure lockers, modesty showers, and separate saunas for men and women.

Open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00, and weekends from 09:00 to 12:30, the gym offers flexible membership packages with no joining fees or contracts – just straightforward access to everything you need. Non-members can also drop in for a session at just £6.00.
