Our recreational classes are designed for children ages 5 and up who want to learn gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. Led by our highly qualified and experienced coaches, these classes focus on teaching fundamental gymnastics skills while promoting strength, flexibility, coordination, and discipline. Whether your child is a beginner or has previous gymnastics experience, our coaches will tailor the classes to meet their individual needs and abilities.

For those who have bigger ambitions in gymnastics, we offer competitive training programmes. Our British Gymnastics qualified, and well-trained staff will guide your child towards success in displays and competitions. With a gymnast-centred approach, we set goals and targets with each individual student to ensure consistent progress and learning. Our training incorporates elements of artistic gymnastics, utilising the beam and bar to enhance strength and coordination.

Acrobatic Gymnastics is a creative and artistic discipline that combines floor work, individual tumbles, partner balances, and dynamic skills. Our classes not only focus on developing gymnastics skills, but also instilling a love for physical movement and sports. When it's time for displays or competitions, we translate our skills into routines combined with dance. Strength and coordination are essential in acrobatic gymnastics, and our training reflects this.

Our trials are not meant to see if your child is good enough to join, but rather to determine which level of class would be best suited for them. This allows them to quickly progress and learn all the required skills to become an excellent acrobat.

Whether your child is a toddler or a teenager, we have classes for everyone. Our preschool classes, based on the Mac the Monkey syllabus and curriculum, focus on developing gross motor skills as well as social, numeracy, and language skills.
