Absolute BJJ Martial Arts Academy, located in North York at The ONE Muay THAI, is dedicated to providing high-quality Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) training. BJJ is a grappling art that focuses on ground fighting, using technique and leverage to neutralize opponents. Whether you are looking to train for fitness or competition, Absolute BJJ offers programs for teens, adults, and kids.
Our team of certified instructors are passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills with our students. Head instructor Eric Phan is a Black Belt under Jorge Britto, and our other instructors, including Darson Hemmings, Gabe Sagman, and Reuben Sagman, bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the mat. We also offer private instruction for those looking to take their game to the next level.
Absolute BJJ is more than just a martial arts academy we are a community. We aim to inspire urban youth in our area and provide a space where both students and instructors can learn from each other.
