ABSolute Health & Fitness is a gym and beauty salon located in Dunedin, New Zealand. Our mission is to improve your overall health and wellbeing by providing a top-quality facility where you feel comfortable and supported throughout your fitness journey.
We are proud to have been named the Independent Facility of the year in November 2017 at the New Zealand Exercise Industry Awards. Additionally, we have previously won awards for Club of the year twice and have been finalists in various categories multiple times. Our trainers have also received individual recognition and have been named as finalists in their respective fields.
At ABSolute Health & Fitness, we prioritise excellent customer service and value the feedback from our members. We believe in creating a positive and inclusive environment where everyone can achieve their fitness goals. Our facility is staffed from 6 am to 9 pm Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 8 pm on Fridays, and 8 am to 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. We are also open from 7 am to 7 pm on public holidays.
We offer a wide range of services to meet all of your fitness needs in one convenient location. Our team of qualified and experienced personal trainers is available to provide personalised training sessions tailored to your individual goals and fitness level. With 30 group fitness classes offered each week, you can choose from a variety of options that cater to different interests and fitness levels.
Our fully equipped gym provides a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring that you have everything you require for an effective workout. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our facility has the tools and resources to help you achieve your desired results. Additionally, we offer other services such as massage therapy to help you relax and recover after intense workouts.
