Facilities in Mount Kuring-Gai to accommodate our growing student base and offer an even better learning experience.

At Absolute Self Defence, we offer a range of classes and programmes tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Our youngest students, aged 3–5 years, participate in our Raptors programme, which focuses on development and school readiness. The Hawks programme is designed for 5-9 year olds and introduces them to self-defence and physical development.

For older children, aged 9–13 years, we have the Falcons programme, which not only teaches self-defence and physical development but also incorporates mindfulness and an introduction to hapkido. Teens aged 13 and older can join our dedicated Teens class, where they can further develop their skills and techniques.

We also offer the IHA Eagles programme, which is open to students aged 13 and older, as well as adults. This programme focuses on self-defence, fitness, and personal development.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer holiday fun day programmes during the school holidays. These programmes provide a great opportunity for children to learn new skills, build self-confidence, and make new friends. Led by our Founder and Leader, Ma'am Gaye Terzioglu, and our team of Jidoja young leaders, these fun-filled days include exercise, games, and self-defence classes.

Absolute Self Defence is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all students. We have two air-conditioned rooms to ensure comfort, especially during the hot summer months. We also welcome beginners to join our programmes, whether they have experience in hapkido or not.
