Students study multiple calisthenics genres including March, Exercise, Rods, Club Swinging, Calisthenics Revue, Song and Dance, Character Folk Dance, Aesthetic, Rhythmical Aesthetic, and Calisthenics Skills.
Along with scheduled classes, students have the option to participate in private solo, duo and graceful girl lessons with qualified coaches.
Classes are held at Shop 12, 121 Old Princes Highway, Nairne (Chapman's Complex).
