Not only does the Tigers program focus on Tae Kwon-Do skills, but it also works wonders for enhancing gross and fine motor skills, balance, and coordination in these young budding athletes. These fundamental skills are invaluable for children as they navigate their early schooling years.
Our Tigers classes are held on Saturday mornings, either at our Mitchell HQ gym or in Kingston. With each class running for 30 minutes, parents have ample time to drop off their little tiger, run errands, maybe even grab a well-deserved coffee, and return to pick up their exhausted yet triumphant child.
