Rhona took over Tooronga Physiotherapy and Pilates in 2020 and transformed it into Activ8 Physio in 2022.

In addition to our physiotherapy services, we offer clinical pilates, pre and post-natal physiotherapy, pre and post-operative rehabilitation, women's pelvic health, and men's pelvic health services. These services are designed to cater to the specific needs of our clients, ensuring a personalised treatment plan tailored to their goals.

Our approach to client care involves a three-stage process. In the consultation stage, your physiotherapist will listen to your concerns and conduct an objective assessment to form a diagnosis. In the diagnosis stage, your physiotherapist will provide a diagnosis and work with you to outline short and long-term goals. Finally, in the treatment plan stage, you will be provided with an action plan to guide you towards recovery.
At Activ8 Physio, we follow the 8 Principles of Health to create happy and healthy clients. These principles include optimising nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress management, movement, mindset, community, and purpose.
