” Our founder, Jane Trenchard, is a highly qualified health rehabilitation and exercise specialist with a Msc in Health Rehabilitation and Exercise. With over 25 years of experience in the physical activity and health sector, Jane is passionate about making a healthy and active lifestyle accessible to all. She has worked with individuals with long-term health conditions and understands the importance of prescribing physical activity to prevent and manage such conditions.

” Here at Actively Healthy, we believe that knowledge is power. We provide guidance and education about food choices, helping you navigate through the maze of food labelling and recommendations. Our goal is to empower you to make small, healthy, and sustainable choices that will benefit your overall health.

” We pride ourselves on being approachable and friendly, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients. We have supported hundreds of like-minded individuals in improving their health and fitness, collaborating with healthcare professionals, charities, and local businesses to deliver effective and personalised services.

” In addition to our personal training and health coaching, we offer a range of packages to suit different budgets and needs. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to upgrade your current package, we have options designed to meet your requirements. We also provide consultations and training for healthy and active workplaces, as well as a free initial consultation to get to know you better and understand your goals.

” Our services are available both face-to-face and on Zoom, making it convenient for you to access our support wherever you are. We offer personal training, lifestyle coaching, and even a specialised Diabetes Prevention Programme. We are also excited to announce that we will soon be launching outdoor classes, including walking classes and running for beginners, with free trials available.
