Welcome to Active Women's Fitness, a small, boutique women's only fitness centre located in Scarborough, Australia. Our gym is designed specifically for women of all ages and abilities, and we are dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.

At Active Women's Fitness, we understand the unique challenges that women face in their fitness journey. We are experienced in working with how a woman's menstruation affects training, sleep, energy, and overall health and fitness. Whether you are in your reproductive years, peri-menopause, menopause, or post-menopause, we have the expertise to support you.

We offer a wide range of classes to cater to every fitness level and interest. With over 20 classes to choose from, including FIT4ALL, HITT30, Circuit, Boxfit, Yoga, Pilates, Jungle Body, Zumba, and Strength and Tone, you will find the perfect workout for you. Our group exercise programmes provide the flexibility you need, and our classes are held in a relaxed and uncrowded environment.

Our gym is staffed by friendly, professional female trainers who are available to assist you at all times. Whether you are new to the gym or a seasoned member, our experienced staff will ensure that you are using the correct technique and guide you along your fitness journey. We believe in personalised programmes and are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.

When you become a member of Active Women's Fitness, you will have access to all of our cardio equipment, including treadmills, bikes, the cross trainer, and rower. In addition, you will enjoy free unlimited access to all of our group fitness classes.

As a small boutique centre, we are able to offer a full range of personal, professional fitness, health, and wellness services. Along with gym memberships and group classes, we also provide personal training and health and wellness advice, including nutrition guidance. If weight loss is your primary goal, we have a fantastic “30 Days to Healthy Living Programme” that can help you achieve your goals. Additionally, we offer a 10 Day Reset Programme with Facebook accountability, recipes, and a mentor to support you along the way.
