Looking for a new challenge? Aviv Dance Studios, a local Contemporary Dance club in Watford, invites you to reserve your place on their next 8-week Adult Beginner Tap and Ballet courses.
These courses are the perfect opportunity for those who are complete beginners and are interested in getting fit, having fun, and learning a new skill. Designed with the aim of providing an in-depth introduction to dance, these courses will help you develop dance technique, build up your dance vocabulary, and provide a cardio-vascular workout.
Not only will you be able to enhance your fitness levels, but you will also see an increase in muscle tone. So, if you are looking for a fun and energising way to keep fit, these courses are just what you need.
The courses will be starting on specific dates (to be specified), and will take place at the Watford Studio of Aviv Dance Studios. No age limit has been set, so whether you are young at heart or a little older, you are more than welcome to join.
