In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a comprehensive COVID-19 Safety Plan in accordance with the guidelines set by the Department of Health, Australia. Our staff members are educated on the recommended practises and guidelines provided by the Federal Department of Health and QLD Health. This ensures that all necessary precautions are taken to minimise the transmission of COVID-19 within our premises.

At Agnes Studio, we understand the importance of providing a safe and hygienic environment for our clients. Our facility is equipped with hand sanitation stations, and COVID Safe information and hygiene protocols are clearly displayed on entry. We limit the number of individuals in our space to one person per square metre to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

To further protect our clients, we have implemented COVID Safe questionnaires that must be completed by both new and existing clients before their treatment. If clients arrive early, we have designated waiting areas separate from the treatment areas or may ask them to wait in their cars until their appointment time. Our treatment equipment is thoroughly sanitised between each client session, including our reformer equipment for Pilates sessions.

In the event that an Agnes Studio staff member is diagnosed with COVID-19, we will follow all appropriate government procedures, including instructing staff members and patients/participants who have been in contact with the infected individual to seek medical advice, get tested for COVID-19, and self-isolate if necessary.
