At Aims Physio, we pride ourselves on providing small group classes for a maximum of four clients, ensuring that each individual receives individual attention and a tailored programme to suit their specific needs and goals. Our classes are designed and led by Amy Hull, an experienced physiotherapist, who brings over 10 years of teaching and treatment experience to our studio.
Our fully equipped studio offers classes three times a week, both in the morning and evening, accommodating various schedules and allowing for flexibility. Our location in Mudgeeraba provides a peaceful and tranquil environment, allowing our clients to fully focus on their exercise and rehabilitation journey.
