AKTIVATE Yoga & Wellbeing in Lilydale, Australia, we are dedicated to helping individuals activate positive change for themselves, both physically and mentally. Our modern and spacious studio offers a wide range of yoga classes suitable for all levels of experience, as well as various other healing practises such as Reiki healing, Reiki training, Chakradance, meditation, and wellbeing programmes.
Our yoga classes cater to individuals of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. With a diverse class schedule, we provide options for everyone to find a style and time that suits them best. We believe that yoga is not just about physical exercise but also about nurturing the mind and spirit. Through yoga, individuals can experience improved physical health and mental wellbeing.
In addition to yoga, we offer a range of other healing practises and wellbeing programmes. Our Reiki healing sessions help to clear stagnant energies and promote holistic healing in the physical body, mind, and spirit. We also provide Reiki training for those interested in becoming practitioners themselves. Other offerings include Chakradance, a unique movement meditation practise, and various meditation sessions to help individuals find inner peace and relaxation.
At AKTIVATE Yoga & Wellbeing, we strive to create a supportive community that encourages positive change within individuals and the wider community. We offer ongoing daily practise times and options, as well as specialised training courses and workshops to further enhance wellbeing journeys.
