At SDCA, we have two types of cheer classes to cater to different interests and goals.
First, we have Recreational (REC Cheer) classes, which are attended once a week for pure fun and fitness. These classes do not involve competitions or events throughout the year, but instead culminate in an exciting end-of-year showcase. It's a fantastic starting point for anyone who wants to explore the world of cheer.
For those seeking a more competitive experience, we offer Competition (All Star) Cheer squads. These squads train once or twice a week, depending on the team level, with the goal of competing at 3-4 local competitions each year. If you are dedicated and driven to be the best, joining one of our All Star squads will challenge and motivate you to push your limits.
Our classes cater to ages 3-18, providing opportunities for all young enthusiasts to be a part of the action.
