Allegro Performers Academy, located in West Byfleet, is a dance school offering a wide range of classes for dancers aged 3 to 18. With a team of experienced and talented teachers, Allegro provides a warm and welcoming environment for dancers of all abilities to become part of our dance family.
Our dance classes include ballet, tap, modern, jazz, contemporary, pointe, commercial, conditioning, limbering, and progressing ballet technique. We believe in providing a well-rounded dance education that focuses on technique, discipline, and artistic expression.
Ballet, taught according to the ISTD and IDTA syllabus, is the foundation of all dance genres. It instils a sense of discipline and technique in our students, enhancing their training and benefiting other dance forms. Modern dance, which incorporates elements of ballet, allows dancers to explore different dynamics and expressive performance styles. Tap is an essential part of a dancer's training, teaching rhythm and musicality.
Our classes are held at Byfleet Village Hall, conveniently located in West Byfleet. We offer classes on Mondays from 4:30 to 6:00 pm, Fridays from 4:30 to 8:30 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Our timetable is designed to accommodate busy schedules and provide flexibility for dancers to pursue their passion.
At Allegro Performers Academy, we pride ourselves on our team of teachers. All members of our staff hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students. Miss Jane, our principal, leads our dedicated team of teachers, who are passionate about inspiring and nurturing young dancers.
